Joshua Barzideh
Architect — Residential, Commercial, and Public Work
Based on Long Island, I run an architectural practice working with homeowners and developers across New York and Connecticut. The work ranges from smaller renovations and additions to ground-up residential, commercial, and public projects.
I care about doing the work right. That means taking the time to understand a project before designing it, and thinking carefully about the decisions that shape it. I'd rather move slower and get it right than move fast and miss what matters. The value I offer isn't being the cheapest option, it's being the one who's genuinely thought it through. That kind of attention shows up later: problems get caught on paper instead of in the field, permits clear without surprises, and the building actually works once it's built.
You work with me directly from the first conversation through construction. I handle the feasibility, the design, the drawings, and the coordination on site, so the thinking behind the project carries through to the building.
If you're considering a project and want to talk it through, feel free to reach out.
